At Taste of Lakay, we proudly ship all orders using Pirate Ship to ensure reliable and affordable delivery for our customers.
Processing Time: All of our products are handmade with care. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed before shipping (pre-orders excluded).
Processing times may vary depending on the size and detail of your order.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Delivery times are estimated by the carrier and may vary. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Shipping Locations: We currently ship within the United States
Delays & Issues Taste of Lakay is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will work with you and Pirate Ship to resolve the issue.
Order Tracking: Once your package is shipped, you will receive a tracking link to monitor your order’s journey until it reaches your door. Thank you for supporting handmade creations from Taste of Lakay!
Lost or Damaged Packages
At Taste of Lakay, LLC, we truly value each and every customer, and we want your shopping experience with us to be nothing short of amazing. We take great pride in carefully preparing and packaging your orders to ensure they leave our hands in excellent condition.
Unfortunately, once your package is in the care of the shipping carrier, certain circumstances are beyond our control. While Taste of Lakay, LLC cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, we understand how disappointing and frustrating these situations can be.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, we kindly ask that you contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Please be sure to keep all original packaging, shipping labels, and damaged items, as they may be needed during the claims process.
