  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to shipping carrier delays or other circumstances beyond our control.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments caused by incorrect addresses.

5. Refund & Return Policy

  • All sales are final. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
